I thought it was too early for Hiyori to be quitting but I guess I didn't need to feel that way since she ends up asking to continue her training. I also thought the reveal about her leg injury was going to be a bigger deal to the two boys but it was kind of anticlimactic lol.

Chuuta-san is the girl in the pink and black outfit right? I remember her from the last episode and since many like myself have theorized Chuuta-san is Chizuru, the hair color and eye color matches.

I also thought it was too early for Hiyori to quit since its only episode 5 lol

They really canceled Nonfantasy to sing Dream Fanfare to Hiyori instead, respect for that!

While they look similar, Chizuru has blue-ish hair while Chuutan has black, longer hair and her eye-color is more vivid. So unless Chizuru wears a wig and eye contacts, I think they are not the same person. :)

Its called rotoscoping, they probably had dancers in and traced them lol, usually you’d notice rotoscoping right away like here because of the lack of “in betweens” which is a thing seen in 3d animations as well.

It looked like regular 2D animation but with a bit of power point mix in and some segments in the background look like it did have 3D to it but it's all guess work.

Check their live concert in japan, you’ll be shook that its the same as this episode just the VA in the background and the stage is actually lipxlip holograms

Yuujirou and Aizou did put up quite a show with their performance. They even gave Hiyori the best seat to watch during encore and managed to cheer her up.

If I didn't read the comments I wouldn't have known this anime is part of a franchise that started in 2011. Also it broke my heart when I saw Hiyori cry. Aizou and Yuujirou, please protecc our Potato Face angel and support her dream like she does for you.

Best guess is Hiyori's childhood friend and or previous classmate in her previous school.

I don't know..lately Honeyworks has been known for making their childhood pairings win. But I guess Natsuki/Yuu and Hina/Kotarou are really special cases for being super tight-knit from the start and next-door neighbors. We'll have to see :)

I'm glad Hiyori chose to continue and that the boys inspired her to not give up her dream. It seems like they'll have a nice balance where she'll be able to try harder with running as she continues to work as a manager-in-training.
